$800.00 Simultaneous Exchange — When both the sale of your relinquished property (Exchange Property) and the purchase of your replacement property close on the same day through the same escrow or title company.

$1000.00 Delayed Exchange — When your Exchange property closes on one date and your replacement property closes on another. We do not change additional fees if your properties are located in different states or close through different escrow or title companies.

$500.00 Additional properties — The fees noted above are for two property exchanges. If you are selling or purchasing multiple properties in one exchange transaction there is an additional fee of $500.00 for each additional property.

Our fees are all-inclusive. We do not charge additional fees for meetings, consultations, phone calls, wiring funds, document preparation, long distance, recording fees, overnight mail*, bank service fees, handling fees, etc.**

You keep the accrued interest on your sale proceeds! Best Exchange, Inc., will credit you with all the accrued interest on the proceeds of your relinquished property at the closing of your replacement property.

* Fees include 2 overnight mailing if needed. Additional Overnight service may be assessed to you at our cost.

** Additional fees will apply to seller financing, construction improvements, exchanges and reverse exchanges. Please call for a consultation and estimate.
