About our staff: SHARON ELDREDGE | se@bestexchangeinc.com Ms. Eldredge has
had experience working as a 1031 tax deferred exchange accommodator since 1994. She has a background in real estate, title and escrow which have been beneficial in closing 1031 tax deferred exchanges. SHARON E. BEST | sharone@bestexchangeinc.com One of her writing projects, dealing with criminal liability of corporate officers for the corporations' violations of health and safety laws, was published during her second year in law school. Ultimately, she became Editor in Chief of the University of Florida Law Review, a very significant distinction. She received her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida in December 1977 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia in January 1978. Sharon E. Best is a 1969 graduate of the University of Missouri, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Spanish and French. She began law school at the University of Florida in 1975 and distinguished herself as one of the best in her class. She won awards for the highest grades in the class in Civil Procedure, Real Estate, Evidence and Income Tax. She practiced law for the U.S. Army until 1988, when she retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel and moved permanently to the State of Washington. Admitted to practice in Washington in 1989, she set up her own law office focusing on real estate issues, wills, trusts, estate planning, trust administration, and elder law. Sharon is now a dedicated northwesterner and has developed webbed feet. Though she admits she's still a little scared of water and doesn't actually swim very well, she does enjoy fair weather kayaking in Puget Sound off the shores of West Seattle. Sharon has climbed both Mount Rainier, Washington, and Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa. Neither climb required technical climbing experience, though some perseverance was helpful. It was the Mount Kilimanjaro climb that convinced Sharon of the truth in the saying that one can achieve all goals, one step at a time. Sharon dedicates herself to providing excellent legal service to her clients, one step at a time.
